Standings readability + reproducible build verification
- Corrected inherited table styles so Fellowship team names and manager labels remain readable.
- Made build fingerprints reproducible from the checked-out Git source tree, independent of host-generated files; build details identify the fingerprint basis.
v3.7.02026-09-19
Shared league foundation + Fellowship routes
- Introduced provider-neutral league, team, manager, player, season, matchup, transaction and draft contracts, with a shared capability and navigation registry.
- Replaced Fellowship hash tabs with real Teams, League and Intelligence routes; existing hash bookmarks forward to their new destinations.
- Added complete Fellowship roster browsing, standings and a transaction feed while preserving dynasty value, identity, waiver and consensus-preview features.
- Added route loading, error and empty states, accessible active navigation and mobile roster/standings layouts.
- Added build details and an uncached build endpoint so production can be checked against the deployed source fingerprint; the commit is shown when available at build time.
v3.6.02026-09-17
Shared league shell + mobile polish
- Polished the shared DUC, DEMO and Fellowship navigation so the three leagues use the same four-area product language: Overview, Teams, League and Intelligence.
- Improved the mobile league shell with a stable four-column navigation layout instead of a cramped horizontal scroller.
- Preserved each league's visual identity while standardizing spacing, interaction states and navigation behavior as the platform moves toward reusable league onboarding.
- Continued the parity migration without deleting the older DUC and DEMO history, head-to-head and draft-analysis routes while their functionality is consolidated.
v3.5.02026-09-17
Front Office + league parity foundation
- Restored the platform Front Office route so the shared administration entry no longer lands on a 404.
- Connected Fellowship to the shared clubhouse navigation used by DUC and DEMO.
- Fixed top-tab navigation and section destinations across the three league experiences.
- Established the next platform direction: shared league functionality and reusable setup rather than three independently designed league sites.

v3.4.02026-09-16
Picks, waivers + source control
- Fixed dynasty pick valuation to build every team's complete native 2027, 2028 and 2029 pick inventory first, then apply Sleeper trades; untraded picks no longer incorrectly count as zero.
- Added a live Top 10 Fellowship waiver analyzer using the actual unrostered player pool, Sleeper add trends and this league's successful FAAB history.
- Added recommended FAAB percentages and clearly labels them as model recommendations rather than falsely presenting them as reported market averages.
- Added a platform data-source registry/admin view for Sleeper, FantasyPros, ESPN and CBS with configuration/health status.
- Prepared FantasyPros as the first external official valuation feed while keeping it disabled until a valid API key/license is configured.
v3.3.02026-09-16
Dynasty Value movement
- Turned the v3.2 snapshot foundation into active Fellowship value history: the platform now stores one roster-value snapshot per team per day when the league is viewed.
- Added up/down value movement against the most recent stored snapshot directly to the Dynasty Intelligence board.
- Stored the player-level asset values with each snapshot so later analysis can explain whether movement came from a trade, pickup, injury, development or market-value change.
- Added a server-side Supabase history layer that fails safely when the database migration or service configuration is not yet available.
- Prepared the history shape for upcoming timeline charts and transaction-by-transaction trade impact receipts.

v3.2.02026-09-16
Dynasty Value + league memory
- Added the first transparent Dynasty Value model using position, age and Sleeper player rank, with future-pick value included separately.
- Added a live Fellowship roster-value board showing each manager's total, player value, traded-pick value and three highest-value assets.
- Expanded Sleeper ingestion to players, matchups, drafts and full-season transactions and added a League Memory feed for trades, waivers and roster movement.
- Added snapshot/event database foundations so future releases can explain value changes over time instead of only showing today's number.
- Kept the model explicitly labeled as a platform baseline rather than presenting internal values as official Sleeper trade values.

v3.1.02026-09-16
Team Identity system
- Added a shared 30-option fantasy team identity catalog designed to work across DUC, DEMO and Fellowship.
- Added persistent cross-league team identity storage and a server API so icon assignments can follow each team instead of ESPN or Sleeper artwork.
- Added a professional mobile-first identity picker to Fellowship; anyone can change any team for now, ready for account permissions later.
- Established deterministic default identities so every team can receive an icon even before a custom selection is saved.

v3.0.02026-09-16
Fantasy Platform foundation
- Promoted the root website into a platform shell with DUC, DEMO and Fellowship of the Stallion as first-class league applications.
- Moved version/update access to the global platform header and introduced platform-level Sign in and overflow locations for shared administration.
- Added the Sleeper provider foundation for @cartergen and automatic discovery of Fellowship of the Stallion, including users, rosters and traded future picks.
- Introduced the four-area league architecture: Overview, Teams, League and Intelligence, ready for the existing pages to be consolidated without deleting their functionality.
- Established the foundation for Dynasty Value, trade-impact history, team identities and a shared 30-icon library in the next 3.x passes.

v2.2.92026-09-07
My Team real-name fix
- Updated the DUC and DEMO My Team pages to use canonical real first names instead of ESPN usernames in the hero and Manager dropdown.
- Added the danieldalehansen1234 ESPN username alias so the current DUC team resolves to Tommy while older DUC seasons keep Dan before the 2024 ownership change.
- Disabled caching on the My Team API response so corrected manager names appear immediately after deployment.

v2.2.82026-09-07
Manager real-name cleanup
- Updated the DUC and DEMO Manager Legacy Board to canonical real first names instead of ESPN/user-account labels.
- Added username aliases such as Dansen → Dan and Matty K → Matt so old historical rows roll into the correct manager.
- Preserved the DUC ownership boundary: 2023 remains Dan and 2024 onward is Tommy.
Commit: 7c8ca223
v2.2.72026-09-07
DUC Tommy ownership boundary corrected
- Corrected the DUC ownership timeline so 2023 remains Dan and 2024 onward is Tommy.
- This matches the Puka timeline: Dan picked up Puka during 2023, and Tommy took over for the first season Puka was kept in 2024.
- Historical DUC Head-to-Head now keeps 2023 results under Dan while all future seasons use Tommy.
Commit: d5fbe98d
v2.2.62026-09-07
DUC Tommy ownership timeline correction
- Corrected the Dan/Tommy ownership change on the DUC side, not DEMO.
- Initial boundary kept 2023 as Dan/Tommy; this is superseded by v2.2.7, which keeps 2023 as Dan and starts Tommy in 2024.
- Applied the ownership timeline consistently to current DUC League, Rankings, player intelligence and historical Head-to-Head while leaving DEMO ownership unchanged.
Commit: 1107d794
v2.2.52026-09-07
Manager ownership correction (superseded)
- Initial Dan/Tommy correction was applied too broadly and is superseded by later releases.
- Later releases scope the transition correctly to DUC and use the corrected historical boundary.
Commit: 44001170
v2.2.42026-09-07
DEMO homepage cache fix
- Forced /demo to render dynamically so Hostinger/Next.js does not keep serving the older static clubhouse page.
- Kept the live DEMO homepage cards linked to Rankings, My Team, League, Head-to-Head, History and Draft Analysis.
Commit: c08eadc3
v2.2.32026-09-07
First-name manager display
- Changed DUC and DEMO manager labels to use real first names instead of ESPN usernames/initial-style display names.
- Added one canonical manager-name helper so Rankings, League, Head-to-Head, History and player-intelligence pages stay consistent even when ESPN display names change.
- Kept ESPN member IDs internally for matching, so historical records remain tied to the correct manager.
Commit: 3a94b548
v2.2.22026-09-07
Data-quality and accuracy audit
- Added automated DUC and DEMO checks for duplicate owners, duplicate rostered players, draft-board duplicates, ranking-source coverage and roster/team-count mismatches.
- Added a visible /data-quality report so current issues can be inspected without guessing.
- Fixed DEMO manager-history normalization so Michael and Mike do not split into separate pedigree records.
- Added an explicit DEMO check for Mike's reported Jacksonville Jaguars D/ST pick rather than silently assuming the draft board is complete.
Commit: 739beab7
v2.2.12026-09-07
Navigation + route cleanup
- Added one consistent clubhouse navigation bar across DUC and DEMO sections.
- Added a canonical /duc/rankings route and updated dashboard/navigation links to use league-scoped URLs.
- Removed the remaining split-navigation behavior so every major section is reachable directly from either clubhouse.
Commit: a7e61ac2

League dashboards + live deployment versioning
- Added DUC and DEMO homepage command centers with Top 3 rankings, title favorite, biggest ranking disagreement, matchup of the week, upset watch and a live player story.
