Shared league shell + mobile polish

• Improved the mobile league shell with a stable four-column navigation layout instead of a cramped horizontal scroller.
• Preserved each league's visual identity while standardizing spacing, interaction states and navigation behavior as the platform moves toward reusable league onboarding.
• Continued the parity migration without deleting the older DUC and DEMO history, head-to-head and draft-analysis routes while their functionality is consolidated.

Front Office + league parity foundation

• Restored the platform Front Office route so the shared administration entry no longer lands on a 404.
• Connected Fellowship to the shared clubhouse navigation used by DUC and DEMO.
• Fixed top-tab navigation and section destinations across the three league experiences.
• Established the next platform direction: shared league functionality and reusable setup rather than three independently designed league sites.

Picks, waivers + source control

• Fixed dynasty pick valuation to build every team's complete native 2027, 2028 and 2029 pick inventory first, then apply Sleeper trades; untraded picks no longer incorrectly count as zero.
• Added a live Top 10 Fellowship waiver analyzer using the actual unrostered player pool, Sleeper add trends and this league's successful FAAB history.
• Added recommended FAAB percentages and clearly labels them as model recommendations rather than falsely presenting them as reported market averages.
• Added a platform data-source registry/admin view for Sleeper, FantasyPros, ESPN and CBS with configuration/health status.
• Prepared FantasyPros as the first external official valuation feed while keeping it disabled until a valid API key/license is configured.

Dynasty Value movement

• Turned the v3.2 snapshot foundation into active Fellowship value history: the platform now stores one roster-value snapshot per team per day when the league is viewed.
• Added up/down value movement against the most recent stored snapshot directly to the Dynasty Intelligence board.
• Stored the player-level asset values with each snapshot so later analysis can explain whether movement came from a trade, pickup, injury, development or market-value change.
• Added a server-side Supabase history layer that fails safely when the database migration or service configuration is not yet available.
• Prepared the history shape for upcoming timeline charts and transaction-by-transaction trade impact receipts.

Dynasty Value + league memory

• Added the first transparent Dynasty Value model using position, age and Sleeper player rank, with future-pick value included separately.
• Added a live Fellowship roster-value board showing each manager's total, player value, traded-pick value and three highest-value assets.
• Expanded Sleeper ingestion to players, matchups, drafts and full-season transactions and added a League Memory feed for trades, waivers and roster movement.
• Added snapshot/event database foundations so future releases can explain value changes over time instead of only showing today's number.
• Kept the model explicitly labeled as a platform baseline rather than presenting internal values as official Sleeper trade values.

Team Identity system

• Added a shared 30-option fantasy team identity catalog designed to work across DUC, DEMO and Fellowship.
• Added persistent cross-league team identity storage and a server API so icon assignments can follow each team instead of ESPN or Sleeper artwork.
• Added a professional mobile-first identity picker to Fellowship; anyone can change any team for now, ready for account permissions later.
• Established deterministic default identities so every team can receive an icon even before a custom selection is saved.

Fantasy Platform foundation

• Promoted the root website into a platform shell with DUC, DEMO and Fellowship of the Stallion as first-class league applications.
• Moved version/update access to the global platform header and introduced platform-level Sign in and overflow locations for shared administration.
• Added the Sleeper provider foundation for @cartergen and automatic discovery of Fellowship of the Stallion, including users, rosters and traded future picks.
• Introduced the four-area league architecture: Overview, Teams, League and Intelligence, ready for the existing pages to be consolidated without deleting their functionality.
• Established the foundation for Dynasty Value, trade-impact history, team identities and a shared 30-icon library in the next 3.x passes.

My Team real-name fix

• Updated the DUC and DEMO My Team pages to use canonical real first names instead of ESPN usernames in the hero and Manager dropdown.
• Added the danieldalehansen1234 ESPN username alias so the current DUC team resolves to Tommy while older DUC seasons keep Dan before the 2024 ownership change.
• Disabled caching on the My Team API response so corrected manager names appear immediately after deployment.

Manager real-name cleanup

• Updated the DUC and DEMO Manager Legacy Board to canonical real first names instead of ESPN/user-account labels.
• Added username aliases such as Dansen → Dan and Matty K → Matt so old historical rows roll into the correct manager.
• Preserved the DUC ownership boundary: 2023 remains Dan and 2024 onward is Tommy.

• Corrected the DUC ownership timeline so 2023 remains Dan and 2024 onward is Tommy.
• This matches the Puka timeline: Dan picked up Puka during 2023, and Tommy took over for the first season Puka was kept in 2024.

DUC Tommy ownership timeline correction

• Corrected the Dan/Tommy ownership change on the DUC side, not DEMO.
• Initial boundary kept 2023 as Dan/Tommy; this is superseded by v2.2.7, which keeps 2023 as Dan and starts Tommy in 2024.
• Applied the ownership timeline consistently to current DUC League, Rankings, player intelligence and historical Head-to-Head while leaving DEMO ownership unchanged.

First-name manager display
